PAYMENTS
Pay against milestones, not promises.
After the proposal is accepted, SetRa-el KAMIL CIEŚLA issues an invoice in EUR or PLN. Payment is made by bank transfer using the account details shown on that invoice.

50% to reserve the start date, 50% after acceptance and before publication.

30% at start, 40% after design/prototype approval, 30% before production launch.

Optional care plans from €190/month. New feature work is estimated separately.
What is included
Planning, design, development, testing, deployment support, agreed source code and documented handover.
Scope changes
New requests are welcome. Their effect on price and timing is agreed in writing before implementation.
Cancellation
Completed milestones remain payable. Unstarted work is not charged beyond contractual commitments.
Taxes
Prices are net reference prices. VAT and invoicing treatment depend on the customer’s country and business status.
